Dr. Piel is a brand that makes products that deliver clean water to consumers. In order to recreate the feeling of filtering clean water and delivering it to the user, the design was carried out using motif objects. The edge of the faucet is designed with delicate curves and corners to deliver a sophisticated feel. We wanted to make the kitchen not just a functional space but also a beautiful space, adding to the enjoyment of cooking.
It was inspired by the bamboo channels of the East and introduced the functional role of faucet to deliver clean water. The transparent polycarbonate was inserted to visually check the cleanness of the water filtered through the filter, and it was designed to intuitively check when the filter was replaced.
Dr. Piel은 깨끗한 물을 소비자에게 전달하는 제품을 만드는 브랜드입니다. 깨끗한 물을 필터링하여 사용자에게 전달하는 느낌을 재현하기 위해서 모티브되는 사물을 대입하여 디자인을 진행하였습니다. 수전의 엣지는 섬세한 곡선과 모서리로 디자인되어 세련된 느낌을 전달합니다. 주방을 단순히 기능적인 공간이 아니라 아름다운 공간으로 만들어주어, 요리하는 즐거움을 더하고자 하였습니다.
동양의 대나무 수로에서 모티브를 얻어 깨끗한 물을 전달하는 수전의 기능적 역할을 대입시켰습니다. 필터를 통해 걸러지는 물의 깨끗함을 육안으로 확인할 수 있도록 투명 폴리카보네이트를 삽입하였고, 이를 통해 필터의 교체시기를 직관적으로 확인할 수 있도록 디자인하였습니다.
